Our MSWM consulting services focus on establishing effective waste diversion and valorization operations to address diverse SWM objectives. We conduct assessments, design and implement operations, and offer management support, including preliminary and in-depth assessments, waste auditing, field familiarization, and site inspections. Additionally, we develop and implement waste sorting, collection, treatment, and disposal services, utilizing internally developed tools such as the Optimal Solution Generator (OSG), Optimum Level of Decentralization (OLD), and SWM Partnership Modeling Tool.

Our innovative models convert tree pruning waste into valuable resources like mulch, briquettes, pellets, charcoal, and biochar, using specialized machinery for cost-efficient alternative fuel production and wood-based products. Leveraging technologies such as wood chipping and pyrolysis, we offer tailored biomass valorization options for a greener future. Client support services encompass designing and implementing biomass processing plants, financial modeling, optimizing existing facilities, equipment selection, and technical support.
